Ashli Garza started her journey as a Hairstylist in May of 2008 when she graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Houston. She had dreams and hopes to specialize as a Color Specialist and Platform Artist . Immediately after graduation, she reached out to her mentor Emily Vera ; which is a L’Oréal Educator to get steered in the right direction. Emily referred her to a friend of hers named Fabrice , he was from France but manager of Beautique Salon in Rice Village where Ashley trained under a Master Stylist for a year. Once her year was up, after returning from a trip to Baltimore to get a certification for coloring , she was called in the office and they told her thank you but she needed to gather her things and leave immediately with out any reasonable explanation . As she gathered her things she cried in complete shock not knowing why they would lay her off with no reason but little did she know that’s when her journey began.

She went to Albert Luiz Salon & Spa in Sugarland and got hired immediately. Day after day all she would do was low lights and highlights and she knew there was more to her goal. She seen a fellow colleague applying extensions and she got more and more interested so in between clients she would stand around and just watch from a distance. After talking with a client one day, she received a call from a lady named Velma that was owner of a Luxury Hair Extension Company and offered her a job 70% on every bundle she would Custom Color for her for Extension applications. With little hesitation she took the offer.

2011 , One step closer to her goal is how she seen it . While working with this company she was introduced to many extension methods and started to do her research on them and started to tell her clients more and more about hair extensions that would complain about the length of their hair or wanted more volume.

14 years later , Ashli is a successful hairstylist which specializes in Color & Extensions in the Houston Galleria Area. She has done over 1000 Extension application with varies methods depending on which method best suits her client. When she is asked why does she chose the career she is in she simply replies “ because you never know what someone is going through, whether they are going through a divorce, brake up , lost their job whatever it may be, but to see their smile at the end of the service makes it all worth while, knowing for that very moment all their pain or hurt they can be going through, is temporarily erased simply because I made them feel pretty and just knowing I gave them that joy, I hope they realize happiness still exit”.

From a young age Ashley knew that her passion was in the art of hair-styling. Following her graduation from Milan Beauty Institute in California, she advanced her skills by taking advanced Extension & Specialty Courses from various Master Educators. She offers a wide array of services including braids, wigs for medical hair-loss, and children to just name a few. Ashley brings a unique and creative touch to every clients experience.
