Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Refund Policy

If incase you aren't satisfied with your service below are our te ONLY RECEIVE FOR THE PRICE OF THE HAIR NOT SERVICE

Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of refund (10 days only ) for extensions.
  • Reason for refund( Breakage, Color doesn't match and or tangling)
  • Process for Refund ( IMMEDIATE )
  • If you decide on your own you don't like the extensions, you will ONLY RECIEVE FOR THE PRICE OF THE HAIR NOT SERVICE. 
  • If the hair tangles within 10 days of service, I will gladly remove and re install extensions for FREE. If you are wanting to receive a cash value back there would have to be proper reasoning and under go a review.
  • You can not receive a refund for color service if you leave the salon satisfied.
